Q: "What is the time schedule of your shuttle bus from Cesky Krumlov to Vienna (or from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov)?"
A: "Since we try to arrange our schedule according to our customers' needs, we do not have a fixed time schedule. Just fill your preferred time of departure into the booking form and we will inform you whether it is possible or offer you the closest departure time possible.
If you wish to book a private transfer, the departure time is totally up to your choice."
Q: "What if there are not enough passengers to fill the whole van? Will you cancel the trip?"
A: "Once we confirm your booking, we do not cancel it because of low number of passengers (as some of the Cesky Krumlov based transport companies did in the past according to numerous threads in travel related phorums on the internet). Thanks to our diverse fleet of cars we are able to transport even only two persons."
Q: "Do I need to re-confirm the transfer day before the trip?"
A: "No, you do not need to re-confirm the transfer. Once you receive your transfer voucher, we will not cancel the booking."
Q: "Where will you pick us up?"
A: "We provide a door-to-door service from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov (and from Cesky Krumlov to Vienna), which means that our driver will pick you up directly at your hotel in Vienna."
Q: "Can we have a discount?"
A: "We offer discounts for groups of 4 and more passengers. You do not need to ask for a discount, the price we are offering you is the lowest price possible."
